1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, viewing, downloading, embedding, sharing, or otherwise using the website bibloom.org and our associated channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, podcast platforms), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2) Who We Are & Purpose of the Content
BIBLOOM.org is a non-profit Christian association dedicated to making the Bible accessible through modern digital media — stylized CGI animation, synthetic voice narration, multilingual subtitles, podcasts, and news with a biblical perspective.
Our content is devotional and educational, offered freely and without the sale of goods or services.
We do not claim absolute historical reconstruction; artistic and AI elements are used to communicate Scripture faithfully and respectfully.
3) License to View; Non-Commercial Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view and share our content for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following conditions:
-
No modification: Do not edit, remix, remove, or alter audio, video, subtitles, watermarks, logos, or credits.
-
Attribution & link: Always credit “BIBLOOM.org” and include a visible link to https://bibloom.org (or the original platform URL).
-
Watermark: Do not obscure, crop, or remove the “bibloom.org” watermark or end card.
-
No resale or monetized reuploads: Do not upload our content to channels or platforms for commercial or monetized purposes without prior written permission.
For educational, church, or broadcast use beyond the above, please contact licensing@bibloom.org.
Note on reposting: Reposting is permitted only when (a) the watermark is preserved, (b) BIBLOOM.org is credited, and (c) the original video or website link is included.
Any exception (for example, compilations, edits, or additional voice-overs) requires written authorization.
4) Intellectual Property
All videos, images, scripts, voice-overs, subtitles, trademarks, logos, layouts, and databases are owned by BIBLOOM.org or licensed to us.
